Crossing the street boring ahh hell.

Distracted walking can lead to all sorts of incidents. As we’ve previously covered, people staring at their phones do all sorts of stupid shit, from fall onto subway tracks to watching TikTok while an assault happens nearby.

In this case, a driver was speeding down a roadway when a woman, staring at her phone, walked across the street on a red light. The driver proceeded to plow right into her.

The woman was later sent to a hospital, and the driver is said to be assisting the police in their investigation. Who do you think is at fault here?
